See what you think of this.In a blender add a cup of frozen mixed berrys (you can buy big bags just about any grocery)then about 2 or three cups milk,and a squeeze of honey to sweeten it up.I usually add strawberry protein powder from the health food store before I work out and that sweetens it up.Its super fast,cheap,smooth,refreshing and delicious!You can also experiment with other frozen fruits.Hope this helps.
