Yes I would not stain oil until totally cold into this plastics. Buy a large pressure cooker. I don't shut fryers down to last second. Get all the last business at events because of it. Can use pressure cooker or army metal gas cans. They hood even better. Be very careful when taking hot oil out the fryer I have seen some bad things. But we have always took our time with the fryer and we never had any issues. I found a 100 pressure cooker on amazon that holds almost 6 gallons. The rest I leave in fryer and we build metal lid for the fryer for splash. I paid this pressure cooker over tons of times. With late last business and not waiting the hours for it ti cool down.
