My husband and I are looking into a food vending business. I used to run a lunch wagon for auctions a few years back but we saw a vendor at an art show that was selling curly deep fried potatoes and wonder if anyone has any experience in this area and any advice. They did not have a wagon, but had an open canopy with fryers, work table and counter. We are not afraid of hard work, but do not want to get a complicated rig setup at this point. Also, how do you find out and become eligible for some of the events across your state. We live in Wisconsin and wonder if there would still be time to hit some of the fall festivals.
