I own mobile trucks, but am trying to expand into permantly placing kiosks ( concession trailers) in parking lots of major (or minor) stores. Realtors I have talked to think the low rent I would pay for a lease in the parking lot would not be of interest to the retailer. But I've seen this done! Many major cities have small coffee trailers, burgers, etc, so it can be done. Realtor suggested I have business model in hand before approaching anyone. Can someone help?
